Location & Directions
The Grand Strand stretches over 60 miles of coastline situated northeast to southwest. The geographical layout is quite flat, and coastal elevations do not exceed 50 feet above sea level. Cities and beaches of the Grand Strand are connected by U.S. Highway 17.

Traveling from the Northeast States (NY, NJ)
Travel SOUTH on Interstate 95. Take the SC-38 exit, exit number 181, towards LATTA (SC_917)/MARION. Turn LEFT onto SC-38. Follow along to intersection with US-501 (approx. 8 miles) then make a RIGHT onto US-501. Take the US-501-BR ramp towards MARION (SC-575)/FLORENCE. Turn LEFT onto US-501 BR SOUTH this will become US-501 SOUTH. Follow for approx. 40 miles through the town of Conway and into Myrtle Beach. After passing landmarks such as Waccamaw Pottery and crossing the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge, exit to the RIGHT on the US-17 SOUTH (Bypass) ramp towards GEORGETOWN. Travel south approx. 22 miles. The Litchfield Company Real Estate Office is located on LEFT at 14240 Ocean Hwy 17 S. in Litchfield. At the intersection of Piggly Wiggly, Hampton Inn and Carolina First Bank.

Traveling from the West (Florence, SC)
Travel out of Columbia on Interstate 20 EAST. Travel approx. 80 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-76 EAST; stay straight to go onto SC-576 EAST, which will become US-501 BR SOUTH and then US-501 SOUTH. Follow for approx. 40 miles through the town of Conway and into Myrtle Beach. Traveling from the North (Wilmington, NC)&
Travel out of Wilmington on US-17 SOUTH. US-17 SOUTH becomes NORTH KINGS HWY/US-17. Travel through Little River, North Myrtle Beach into Myrtle Beach. Pass landmark of "The Galleria" shopping center and exit RIGHT ramp for US-17 SOUTH - Georgetown. Travel approx. 34.5 miles.
